Ohio Medical Transport handles all of our billing in-house, meaning our skilled friendly representatives are are here to assist you with any questions, concerns or comments that you have related to the services we have provided you or your loved one.

Typically, following your transport, Ohio Medical Transport will directly bill your health insurance carrier and you will receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your carrier. If you have any specific concerns or questions regarding your health insurance coverage, they should be submitted directly to your insurance company.

We also are able to arrange private pay options, which are often offered at discounted rates.
